1. Return period

  • You can request a product return within 14 days of the date of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in the same packaging in which it was received.


2. Non-returnable products

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health reasons related to the safety of cosmetic products.

  • Any product obtained under special offers (such as "buy one, get one free") may be subject to special terms.


3. Recovery steps

  3. After approval, you will ship the product to us via an approved shipping company.


4. Refund

  • Upon receiving the product and verifying its condition, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days .

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is on our side (wrong or damaged product).


5. Product replacement

  • If you receive a damaged product or one that is different from your order, we will replace it free of charge.
