1. Delivery time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase confirmation.

  • Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 2-4 business days .

  • Delivery to the rest of the governorates in Egypt takes 3-7 working days depending on the customer's location.


2. Shipping companies

  • We cooperate with reliable shipping companies to ensure your order arrives in the best condition.

  • You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order.


3. Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer's location and appear before the payment process is completed.

  • We may offer free shipping for orders that exceed a certain amount (subject to available offers).


4. Connection failure

  • If the delivery person is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery again.

  • If the order cannot be received more than once, it may be cancelled and the money refunded (after deducting the shipping fees).
