At Éclora, we care about our customers’ satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can benefit from our Return & Refund Policy outlined below:


1. Return Period

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in the same packaging it was received.


2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons related to cosmetic products.

  • Items obtained through special offers (e.g., “Buy One, Get One Free”) may be subject to specific conditions.


3. Return Process

  2. We will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us using the designated courier service.


4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side (wrong or defective product).


5. Product Replacement

  • If you receive a defective product or one different from your order, we will replace it free of charge.
