1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery to other governorates across Egypt takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your shipment.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer’s location and displayed before completing the payment process.

4. Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier is unable to reach you, another delivery attempt will be made.

  • If the order cannot be received after multiple attempts, it may be canceled and refunded (after deducting shipping fees).
